Cereals 68.5% (oat flakes and flour, wheat, rice, millet, barley, corn, rye), fruits and fruit powder 29% (raisins, dried apples, plums, bananas, apricots), ground peanuts 1.5 %, maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, vitamins (thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin D).
16.5 g of dried fruit + 100 g of fresh fruit per 100 g of powder.

Method of preparation
It is prepared with milk.
Before preparing the child's meal, wash your hands and make sure that the containers used to prepare the food are clean. Prepare the cereal with expressed breast milk according to the doctor's instructions or with milk formula according to the instructions on its packaging.
Measure 90ml of breast milk or milk formula (40 degrees C) and pour into the baby's bowl.
Add 35g (6 teaspoons) of cereal.
Mix with a spoon until the desired consistency.
In order for the child's food to be suitable for each age stage, start by preparing a mixture with a more liquid consistency and then, gradually, a thicker one. Always feed the child with a teaspoon, thus helping him to get used to more substantial dishes.
Storage conditions
- Close the box well after each use. Keep the box in a dry and cool place.
- Use the contents within 3-4 weeks after opening the package. Do not refrigerate
- To be consumed preferably before the date written on the package.
Important recommendations
WHO recommends breastfeeding exclusively with breast milk up to 6 months and its continuation in parallel with diversification. Consult your doctor about diversification.
