Method of preparation
It is prepared with water.
1 . Before preparing the child's meal, wash your hands and make sure that the containers used to prepare the food are clean.
2 . Boil drinking water and let it cool down to about 50 C, then measure 150 ml and pour into the child's bowl.
3 . Add 50g (5 teaspoons) of cereal. Make sure the spoon is dry
4 . Mix with a spoon until the desired consistency.
In order for the child's food to be suitable for each age stage, start by preparing a mixture with a more liquid consistency and then, gradually, a thicker one. Always feed the child with a teaspoon, thus helping him to get used to more substantial dishes.
Storage conditions
